We understand the risks Covid-19 poses to you, our customers, as well as our employees. This is why our staff is following CDC and state guidelines on limiting exposure and maintaining social distancing.
The situation taking place around the world is affecting everyone at a level not seen in a long time. It is important to follow the guidelines provided by
the CDC and the state governments.
We would like to offer some suggestions to get you through these tough times, and yes, we will get through them.
Have more conversations with family and friends, if not in-person, on the phone. Check in with loved ones daily, especially your elderly relatives and neighbors. Take advantage of apps like Facetime, Google Hangouts and Zoom that let you converse with multiple people at the same time.
Bored at home? Try your hand at some some online games, puzzles or old-fashioned board games. Monopoly anyone? One popular online game that can be played with friends in other locations is called playingcards.io
Exercise is good for the soul and enhances your mood. If you can’t get outside, try jumping rope or do some bodyweight exercises. You might be surprised how good you’ll feel.
Parents with children at home have school lessons and on-line play dates, which can be fun for the little ones. You can always get your family involved in baking. Try your hand at bread baking with Mark Bittman’s no-knead bread. Not only is it fun to make, but it is really good!
